This issue is firmly between Carthago and House Stark. We condemn the involvement of third parties. We were not approached by either side for mediation of the issue, however we will continue to offer our role as an impartial negotiator. We do not support the war, and we hope for a quick and diplomatic resolution. I think it’s better that this was addressed immediately as you did rather than sitting silent. However, I don’t believe that condemning a third party involvement was necessary to include in this. Especially given that the third party involvement was an ally of the attacker. TFP did counter the 2 random raiders who hit Carthago and didn't counter Guardian, which I'm sure will help Carthago immensely.
