For those who may not be familiar with me, I'm Daveth, the right-honorable Lord of the Viridian Entente (and Elder of Truth). Unfortunately, it is my solemn duty to my countrymen of Carthago, to duly address something I believe many of you have also felt deeply. Of course, I speak of the unease in the air, as we idly farm our pixels and grow our Cities, an unspoken truth looming. Throughout this time, we have waited for a sign from the Gods above, indicating when we might return to the battlefield so that we rest alongside our ancestors in Valhalla. That being said, it is my utmost belief that for far too long, there has existed a false sense of peace, watching the actions of people of the realm of Midgard following the events that ensued in the so-called Bifröst Blitz. I come before you to announce that I was visited by the prophet, El Chach, to impart a message in the holy Anniversary of our Shining City - within that dream, it became evident to me that there have been no efforts on their part, to reach out and duly repair the relations spurned during that time. And thus, we see no alternative to achieve a true state of peace but to declare war upon the faithless people of Midgard. TLDR: Carthago declares War on Midgard.
