Esteemed individuals of Orbis, It is an honour to announce two items of importance, on behalf of The Federation and The Lost Empire, to Orbis. Firstly, I would like to sadly announce the dissolution of The Swamp after 428 days of existence. A difficult decision, however a decision we at The Federation and The Lost Empire believe is a necessary one. I wish to thank each and every single alliance, and their respective leaders, for being part of this project. Words cannot express the cherished memories made during the time of this bloc. To the leaders of each current and former signatory alliance: (you know who you are) thank you for the discussions; thank you for the arguments; thank you for the lessons; thank you for the memes and fun. This is a game, however the many interactions that we had during this bloc were real and I love you guys for it. Thank you guys. As with all good things, they must come to an end. 😭 With that said, I would like to formally announce the future between The Federation and The Lost Empire. Naturally, as good friends with strong ties, we wish to continue our relationship after The Swamp. I am honoured and proud to announce the MDoAP between our alliances. Terms: Mutual Defence The Federation and The Lost Empire agree to a military-oriented treaty that assures parties that they will defend each other from foreign conflicts as well as having a non-mandatory option to support each other in wars of aggression. Sovereignty The Federation and The Lost Empire acknowledge each other's sovereignty and will endeavour to not interfere with each other's internal affairs. Intelligence The Federation and The Lost Empire pledge in the interest of optimal defence for both alliances to share pertinent intelligence when it would benefit mutual defence aims and to not share intelligence detrimental to the other. Offensive Leaks TF might be a bit late, however we are cancelling the Swamp treaty over TLE leaks. TLE man bad. Cancellation The Federation and The Lost Empire agree that if each party wishes to exit this treaty before the specified period a 168-hour notice is mandatory.
