  1. I'm wondering what the rationale behind implementing both commodities and perks is. They seem to fulfill the same purpose at least when it comes to their results albeit with different methods of getting those results. I'm not totally against having both, just not sure what the purpose is. It would make a lot more sense to me if the econ perks were scrapped and replaced by commodities since there is so much overlap.

  7. Every [Redacted] Down in [Redacted]ville Liked Nukemas a lot... But Toxic, Who lived just north of [Redacted]ville, Did NOT! Toxic hated Nukemas! The whole Nukemas season! Now, please don't ask why. No one quite knows the reason. It could be his head wasn't screwed on just right. It could be, perhaps, that his shoes were too tight. But I think that the most likely reason of all, May have been that Midgard's average city count was two sizes too small. Whatever the reason, His heart or his shoes, He stood there before Nukemas, hating the [Redacted], Staring down from his cave with a sour, toxic frown, At the warm lighted windows below in their town. For he knew every [Redacted] down in [Redacted]ville beneath, Was busy now, building their city infra to the teeth. "And they're hoping to ROI!" he snarled with a sneer, "Next month is Nukemas! It's practically here!" Then he growled, with his Toxic fingers nervously drumming, "I MUST stop this Nukemas from coming! But HOW?" Then he got an idea! An awful idea! TOXIC GOT A WONDERFUL, AWFUL IDEA! "I know just what to do!" Toxic laughed with a boast. And he made a quick blitz sheet and post. And he chuckled, and clucked, "What great Toxic schemes!" "With low military and good opsec we'll blitz for the memes" Toward the alliances where the [Redacted] Lay asnooze in their Sphere. All their activity diamonds were yellow. no one was here. All the [Redacted] were snug in their pajama pants. When he loaded the first nation page and saw Adrienne. Then, at update, Midgard began the blitz. They quickly gained net and Wayward was on the fritz. After weeks of war he knew they were winning. And figured that in RON the [Redacted] wouldn't be grinning. "PoohPooh to the [Redacted]!" he was toxicly humming. "They're finding out now that no Nukemas is coming!" "Their military is zeroed! I know how it'll go!" "Their mouths will hang open a minute or so, "Then the [Redacted] down in [Redacted]ville will all cry 'Literally NPO!'" "That's a noise," grinned Toxic, "That I simply MUST hear!" So he paused. And Toxic put his hand to his ear. And he did hear a sound rising over the snow. It started in low. Then it started to grow. But the sound wasn't sad! Why... this sound sounded glad Every [Redacted] down in [Redacted]ville, the tall and the small, was nuking! Without any military at all! He hadn't stopped Nukemas from coming! It came! Somehow or other, it came just the same! and Toxic, with his Toxic feet irradiated in the snow, stood puzzling and puzzling: "How could it be so?" "It came without soldiers! It came without tanks!" "It came without aircraft, ships, or looted banks!" And he puzzled three hours, 'til his puzzler was sore. then Toxic thought of something he hadn't before! "Maybe Nukemas", he thought, "doesn't come from winning a war." "Maybe Nukemas... perhaps... means a little bit more!" TL;DR: Merry Nukemas and happy holidays from TKR.

  11. NGL I like Ragnarok due to the Nordic themes.

  16. that's like 180 years in Orbis time. Congrats.
  17. More of an Orbis Central thread. Also, you still have commented print functions used for testing in the uploaded code. I also think that a config.ini file would be best for storing API key, alliance IDs, and everything else you would want the end user to fill in.
