We are all human and everyone makes mistakes. It is the way in which we own up to said mistakes that ultimately define who we become. The past days have been nasty, but a genuine apology like this provides hope. As mentioned by others, we can not accept apologies on Pfeiffer's behalf, but at least from my (personal) side of things, know that I appreciate it.
