When it comes to military (or really any kind of) technology, the general rule is that the cooler it looks, the worse it performs.

 

Japan's robot will look like something out of Pacific Rim, and the United State's robot will look like an autonomous junkyard. After the match, Japan's robot will be an actual junkyard, and America's robot will be getting all the hot robot babes.

I doubt it, since all the hot robot babes are Japanese. I think the more likely aftermath is that all the hot robot babes will be crying over the mangled corpse of Japan bot and Ameribot will have to go home alone...

Considering that three beats two, the Japan type will win. Because they have 3 legs. The only thing that can beat 3 legs is 4 legs. And the only thing that can beat 4 legs is 5 legs. Unless of course, you're fighting a flying saucer, in which case no legs beats any legs.
