You are probably wondering why I'm apologizing to you all, but i have a very good reason, for making you guys have to suffer for my stupidity. Actually, I have certain people i need to apologize to; One of my dearest friends, Ultra. When we went off to create the alliance called "Imperial of Scotland", Altsoba members merged with us. But before that, they created their own alliance, I just wrote down that we merged with them. SAI-40 was the previous leader of Altsoba. For that very reason I apologize to you. When these former Altsoba Members merged with us, they created a huge uproar for the tax rate (15%/5%). They ended up stealing the bank that we had, left, and attacked us both. So Ultra and I disbandoned IoS and went to Celestial Union for cover. 2 weeks later Ultra and I created another alliance called Imperial Cavalry of Exorbitance (ICE). The credit we had was awful, and after all of the foreign crap that we went through, I resigned and left ICE. I left Ultra all cold, and alone. To you, I apologize dearly. To Adama, Pubstomper, and other TAC/Rose gov; When I was the Minister of Justice for TAC, I took in total $900,000 for my nation and when they approached me about it, I resigned and left. I apologize to all of you about it. I did pay the money back, but that doesn't matter. I still stole. My list could go on. As for the $900,000 or whatever, even if that annoyed Pubstomper/Adama at all (although I'm pretty positive that their responses were mostly just trolling), that's pretty far in the past and it matters none to myself or to the Rose of today. Nevertheless, the apology is appreciated and accepted, if that's what you're looking for. Long story short, don't be so hard on yourself.
