Popular Post Plo Koon
Hello digital friends, It is with great sadness that I must share the news that one of our brothers in arms, known to us as Bunnet, has recently been diagnosed with terminal cancer. Of course, this announcement was a shock to the very core of our community, affecting his friends all over the world from both past and present alliances. Being a nurse, Bunnet has dedicated his years to caring and treating people, bringing comfort and healing to those in need. Bunnet embodies the very meaning of loyalty, standing by his friends and alliances through thick and thin as well as making personal sacrifices to not let his friends down. Bunnet demonstrates respect whenever needed, valuing true integrity over all. A Scotsman to the bone, he is concise and always honest, staying true to his words, which has made him such a trusted and respected lad by those who know him. Speaking from my own first hand experiences, he's the only person I've ever led with who refused a request that would result in unfairness to his opponents, he did this consistently over the many years we played together. Having said that, I'm thrilled to dive into the legendary career he’s built in Politics & War: Bunnet created his nation on November 30, 2016, starting in the formidable Syndicate and eventually finding his home at the triumphant Rose, having served with them since mid-2019. Bunnet proudly served in the following Great Wars for The Syndicate: Silent War Papers, Please The Trail of Tiers Knightfall Then proudly served in the following Great Wars for Rose: NPO's Last Time Duck Hunt Guns and Roses Rick's Last Roll The Fault in Our Stars Darkest Hour Dodge This Blue Balled Great War 32 (currently deployed) Bunnet's journey ahead is one we wish he didn't have to walk, and it will be one he will not walk alone. These are very difficult times for Bunnet and his family, so please, if you have interacted with him, joked with him, engaged in trash talk with him or been on the receiving end, led him or been led by him, fought alongside him or fought against him, or even if you haven't known him but want to show solidarity, any show of support will be greatly appreciated. Lastly, in honour of Bunnet, we're rallying the troops out of retirement to form an alliance to play a round of CN:TE, carrying forward his spirit of camaraderie, loyalty, and fair play. Anyone is welcome to join us as we embark on this challenge together, in tribute to our dear friend Bunnet. Yukimiya Kenyu
I started playing last year, and despite not knowing Bunnet at all until this forum post, this news is truly saddening to hear, and has caused a lot of shock to me right now. Nobody. Absolutely nobody in the world deserves to be diagnosed with cancer, especially not someone like Bunnet. My thoughts and prayers to Bunnet and his family and friends. Stay strong brother, you will forever be a part of our hearts. ❤️ Edited September 21, 2024 by Yukimiya Kenyu 4 Quote That one Blue Lock fan
Velyni Vas
I’m really sorry to hear this. Even though I’m not familiar with Bunnet, he seems like a honorable man. I hope the rest of his days are filled with memories that others will cherish forever and that he lives his life to the fullest. I couldn’t imagine going through that. Thank you for sharing this with the community and most of all to him, for being a part of this community that he loves/loved. Thoughts and prayers are with you, your family, and friends.
Popular Post Kurdanak
Bunnet joined up with Rose in the months leading up to NPOLT and has never failed to be an exceptional member, through thick and thin, fighting alongside us through many wars since. Despite having an extensive repertoire from CN dating back to 2008, you wouldn't have guessed it based on how Bunnet carries himself in a modest and unassuming manner - I personally went ages without realizing just how deep his connections to these games goes, until I stumbled upon his name on WAPA's page during a CN wiki nostalgia trip. It's been heartening to see folks from all corners in CN coming out to show support for Bunnet and now P&W as well. From myself and on behalf of Rose, thank you for spending time with us for all these years, you are the man and it continues to be a pleasure to know you. Truly a brother in arms, we are here for you as you have been for us. It's been nearly a decade since I've played CN:TE, but I'm looking forward to learning the ropes again and fighting alongside you once more. o/

Gudea
Cancer sucks. My wife just got over breast surgery for that, and has to start radiation therapy next week in October. Things look good so far, no chemo necessary, and should do a full recovery. For what it's worth, I recommend Roswell Park Cancer Institute located in Buffalo, NY. They seem to really know how to handle cancer start to finish. Maybe contact them for a second opinion? Can't hurt, Bunnet. For all concerned: The mammogram caught her cancer early! Make sure to yell at your girlfriend(s) to get those Fun Bags checked out every year or two! Early detection was decisive!!!

Buorhann
!@#$ cancer. And if there actually is a cure out there and Big Pharma is holding it away, !@#$ them too. (Lost two of my good friends to cancer) My condolences to your friend. I know exactly what it’s like to watch your friend live with it. Had to help take care of my best friend in his final months with it. Hopefully your friend has everything in order (Get a Will done by a lawyer, for example) because it gets messy afterwards. You won’t think it does, but it does. People scramble for their belongings like rats. 3 1 Quote Warrior of Dio https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mfPCFQfOnLg

My thoughts and prayers are to you and to your family. Do not give up fighting, keep on fighting, seek out a second opinion, even a third, fourth and fifth opinion. Nobody deserves to go through this and nobody deserves to suffer, be stubborn, be strong, keep on fighting and do not give up. Popular Post Plo Koon
Final Update It is with great sadness that I must share that Bunnet passed away this afternoon 💙 The end came quick and he lived the way he wanted to right up to the end, a small blessing but still a sad day. Thank you for all your support and uplifting messages, I know they meant a lot to him. Valk will reach out to Sheepy to ask for a lasting tribute by immortalising his nation. This gesture has been granted to others we've lost is a small but meaningful way to keep his legacy alive and our upcoming tournament round will now be a tribute to his memory. FireKernel
I'm new to Rose and didn't know him well, but he was just like you, me, and everyone else—a person with a family and friends. Losing him must be incredibly hard for his family, his friends, and especially his online friends in the Rose alliance and this game. I can't find the right words to fully express the weight of this loss. I hope that these few words from someone who didn't know him can provide some comfort to his family and friends in Rose. I'm sure he enjoyed being part of such a strong alliance with kind friends, and made many good memories. His presence has also left beautiful memories for his friends, who are now also my friends. I hope to be a good friend to the members of this alliance, just like he was. Lastly, in the hope of true friendship and peace across the world, I wish for a day when people everywhere live together as friends, free from any kind of war
Andrew6319
I am going to be honest, hearing about this brought a tear to my eye. I haven't been in Rose long, and unfortunately was not able to interact with Bunnet. I regret not being able to talk and become friends with Bunnet. May this legend rest in peace. To all family and friends you are in my thoughts and prayers. May love and good memories soften the pain. Mituss
I have not searched on Google on what to say on this situation. I will say that Redarmy was waiting for you in the afterlife or whatever is after death. I am deeply sad of this situation, passing away at a young age, and having all the time to live a good life, plus you were a nurse treating and caring people, instead of a cancer on terminal stage. Goodbye Bunnet. Condolences.
Slim
I can only add the following prayer for the repose of Bunnet’s soul. ℣. Réquiem ætérnam dona ei, Dómine ℟. Et lux perpétua lúceat ei. ℣. Requiéscat in pace. ℟. Amen. Rest in peace, former Associate.
