Intelligence The Dead Rabbits and House Stark pledge in the interest of optimal defence for both alliances to share relevant intelligence when it would benefit mutual defence aims and to not share them to the other. Sovereignty The Dead Rabbits and House Stark acknowledge each other's sovereignty and will not interfere with each other's internal affairs. Both signatories agree that not every action done by one party requires the same action to be done by the other.
