New Project: Pirate Economy

Pirate Economy
Requirements: Requires Propaganda Bureau Project. Must have at least 50 "Wars Won" and "Wars Lost" combined.
Cost:

• Cash: $10,000,000
• Steel: 10,000
• Aluminum: 10,000
• Munitions: 10,000
• Gas: 10,000

Effect:

• Nation maximum offensive wars is increased from 5 to 6.

A static extra defensive war is too much of a nerf, but unlocking a 4th defensive when you are engaged in a 6th offensive could be a viable option.

No, 300 is nice. And yes it is 2-3 months of wars. You aren't getting the project for pixel hugging......hence the name "PIRATES ECONOMY"!!!!

Sure, as long as you don't count any wars against inactive nations on the way to deletion. Those aren't wars at all.

300 is unreasonable, even if a new player in a non raiding alliance is an extremely avid raider, it would take months of raiding to reach that mark, and even then most players stop raiding long before the 300 mark, building up cities at which point unless you're in a raiding alliance there won't be targets to attack to bump that up, forcing people to wait until another alliance war pops up to build the project.

I would personally benefit from this project. So would anyone downdeccing in a global.

Whether this is good or not is subject to debate, but calling it "Pirate Economy" isn't telling the whole story.
