Have some members been doing a spectacular job of looting? Has tS dragging on negotiations cost you money and time? Also no shit.

Wars are costly for both sides and especially for the victors, looting has taken a heavy toll, which is the point. Do I care that I hear from your leaders' mouths that that's the case? No. So why do you care so much that Pre can brag about the stuff he looted?

 

I would argue as an alliance that we are in much better shape right now than we were before the war started.  As for your second statement please insert Test argument about being heavily outnumbered in a war and what that means, and then look at prewar numbers of Test vs Grumpy.

If you mean you're in better shape because we're less of a threat, that's a null point due to above arguments. My second statement remains. I think we've been doing fine under our current circumstances, and if you think hiding behind a wall is fun then you have no right to tell us how to play the game.

 

Grumpy wasnt involved in the war/war planning until you attacked us and brought us in.

My infra levels were 2k per city, with my project/gov type to replace 0-2k costs somethere near 306M. My looted cash is above 200M and my resources are well above that amount as well. There are actually several of us who've made more than the loss of replacing that infra. Some of us are even pretty close to covering the lost income we would've had during peace.

Assuming project and urbanization, it's actually $224,233,148.64 to get all of your cities back to exactly 2k infra, at the time of this post. I guess you rebought since then.
