The Russian Federation with consultation with the Ministry of Defense it is vital to the international security of Russia to operate a black sea base, in which Crimea has already been claimed. In which we would be happy to move down south to a more neutral zone should Chernigov feel threatened by the Russain Naval base in Abkhazia. At this point the Russian Federation has no intrest to relocating its planned Black Sea Port, unless the Chernigov government would like to protest the matter? OOC: I can consider removing some parts of Kaliningrad but I kind of want the exclave it is for RP and all. The Russian Federation at this time does not see it fit to relocate from Kaliningrad but any protest or request from Ryas will be taken into consideration and we would not mind discussing the issue.
