For days, we sat at our screens at update, staring at the conflicts page and "members online" count, waiting, being promised a war... but after like 4-5 days, people were losing faith. Losing hope. And then, like a gift from the g0ayylmaods, WAR! But then, as we all became erect, Sheepy turned his head... and said

You don't need to repost a treaty when a member drops out. Quite a lot of treaties from bigger alliances get dropped without a word to the "public". On another note, I really like this bloc, it's adorable and I want it to thrive. o/ USB

Where's the fun in being careful anyway, if all this build up time is spent waiting for a real fight, and everybody is too scared to fight then why bother building up at all? Oh but wait, if you don't build up you get rekt cause everyone else builds up and gets wrapped in paper. There is a fundamental flaw with this game.
