Don't hate on Mensa, you're not that good at. When you take part in a spy ring that causes them tens of millions in damages and get UPN to pay 40 mil in reps for it, then you can talk.
Or better yet you can stop hating them like I did; because Mensa has honestly made the game, the forums, and the community of Orbis better.
No, currently the spy system is most commonly used to get rid of nukes. If we increased the daily purchase cap of spies to 50 it would kill off the spy system. Who's going to spend millions to spy someones spies away if they can rebuild them all before the next day? It would greatly decrease the possibility of spying away someones nukes. What seems like a much more reasonable daily purchase cap is 10 spies per day, making it much closer to max build times of other units.
Well it seems to have been announced a little earlier than intended , but it's true that Noir is disbanding. Myself and Arkiri Arch shall be joining Chola and I hope to see many if not all of Noir join them as well.
I could care less if I get a verbal warning or a point, and don't mind the signature rule. I just really would have appreciated this type of approach(above quote) to my signature. It's not hard to show a bit of civility to your fellow player, or always have to be a cut and dried decision when moderating. This goes a little both ways for the mods and the players.
Reaching top 10 back then was hardly an accomplishment. When FSA did it you only needed around 9k score as an alliance, which isn't hard to do with about 70+ members. That's only about 128 ns per nation. So please don't pretend FSA was an actual alliance and anything other than a big random group of new nations.
