I'm concerned there are probably a fair share that are not original work and just ripped off of a Google search. Maybe in future contests we should require the photo include a piece of paper (or equivalent, such as a sign for Minecraft submissions) with the submitter's nation name and "For the 202X Pumpkin Decoration Contest" written down

For those struggling to see the images, open up the inspect console, look at the styling, filter by ipsField_fieldList and change the max height max width attributes

Wana attacked grumpy because i was mean to him in a podcast. Honestly you are just looking at things with Rose colored glasses. The issue was one group that never had power for years finally found themselves in the driver seat and abused that power to step on people's necks while also cheating to give themselves the ability to continue to step on people's necks. Lets be real here, in 5 years, someone is going to be on these forums !@#$ing about the same thing, but instead will be like in 20-23 the game was so much more interesting.

This King hates to say, but This king believes that the PW carving on the pumpkin that is being held is fake, but trying to trick others into thinking it's real. Not only is the design..... odd, but there is no seam on top of the pumpkin.

Edit: I've applied a fix for the tiny voting window as best I can, you may need to do a hard refresh of the page for it to fix. Regarding AI: I am aware of the controversy regarding ai submissions, ultimately this is a failing by me as the event organizer to update rules for a modern issue. However, it would be immensely poor form for me to change rules after the event has already started so ai submissions will be allowed to stand for voting and the community can reward them or not based on votes. I am aware this is less than kind to the people who fully committed to high effort original works, to that end staff will be distributing additional prizes to such works at the end of the event. We are now entering the voting phase of the contest which will run until game day change on the 30th. Winners will be confirmed on the 31st but it may take up to a week to distribute prizes. You can vote in the poll above by selecting your favorite pumpkins in the above poll, you can select however many you want but keep in mind the more you select the more you water down your votes. To address the elephant in the room; I didn't really consider ai art when I wrote the rules for this competition and I'm not going to change them this late into the event, so ai art is being allowed. However this topic will be reconsidered for future events. Additionally some other submissions have been excluded because they are not original, do not contain a pumpkin or pumpkin substitute, or do not relate to PW in a meaningful way. If this includes your submission you can reach out to me in DM for clarification on staff's reasoning. A big thank you to the 65 contestants who have made it to voting and everyone who has submitted. This doesn't make any sense, alliance awards are treasured and if you delete your alliance you loose them as well as well as tax data and alliance announcements.

This game is to whimsical in deleting people's nations. Deleted an alliance to end one war, deleted a ton of players who have invested over a decade in this game just to do so low city people can't get loot as easily. So game keeps cutting it's player base, rather than acting like it values players and want them to stay; bring more people over. During global wars you kind of need to be active to fight, once you grow a certain city count finding good unaligned raid targets is rare. So ends up being log in once daily eventually; until a war kicks things off. I think moderation should only ban people in really severe cases, where it's impossible for someone to accidentally break a rule that can get them banned. Like what happened with NPO and all those players who had been inactive not even a full year. (I was gone a lot longer than that & came back eventually.) Other than stop deleting people who don't even realize they're doing anything that can get them deleted, should add to the space feature. Space bases, where moon and mars are separate worlds people can fight in. However the mechanics & resources you can harvest on them are different. However some resources can be transported by rocket, where costs a certain amount of aluminum, steel and gasoline to send a rocket. Rockets would be limited in capacity for resources, so creating their bases on other planets most would do a combo of transporting resources from Earth to get a base started & then start mining for resources off planet; as well as raiding other colonies not aligned with them. Some alliances might just focus purely on dominating specific planets. So in some ways would be new worlds for people to compete for control and biggest bases; but would also still be linked to this game. With it possible to transport resources & some space projects giving benefits for space travel.

I don't see how you think PnW is Pay to Win. Sure I could buy 100 credits with real cash, but it's not like I would be able to use them all at once, there are limits on their use, I could also just as easily buy credits with in game cash and again would be limited on how many I could use in a month. The uses for credits, the gains in terms of resources is rather insignificant in the long term. I'd argue a majority of credits used are for timers, which sure give you a minuscule increase in growth speed, but you'd also have to actually be able to afford the growth itself.
