Mine would be the video where that woman gets killed by a stray brick. There's no gore, but you can hear the dread from her husband's voice. The biggest mistake I have made while watching would be when I turned up the volume.

Watching a 78 year old lady who called the police to check on the neighbrhood because she heard some scuffling in her backyard, then they tased her after harassing her for no reason whatsoever, over and over and over again. She kept calling out to God for help.

It was a video in Iran with some police dudes injecting a dog with acid and throwing it into a pile of his dead buddies. Then they injected a puppy with acid.

Woman getting beheaded by ISIS, or "moderates" as they were billed at the time. Made worse by them being really bad at their job so the beheading takes way longer then it needs to. Wasn't exactly physical or emotionally damaging by any means. Just I'd never seen a real life beheading before and by it's content I'd put it down as disturbing.

Watching someone getting vaporized during an "Arc Flash/Arc Blast" inncident. I work with 480v motor control center buckets a few times a month and 4160v switchgear assemblies a few times a year. So I have to watch training videos every year and some of them are very tough to watch.
