Oskar Posted March 23, 2015 Share Posted March 23, 2015 Prince Oskar has been assasinated. In his absence, the Communist Party placed a new ruler, Tsar Oskar, in charge. The Communist Party has established a new nation. The Soviet State of New Germany. New Germany shall no longer have a military of any kind, and will never own any military improvements. The Soviet State of New Germany shall never attack any nation ever again, and in return asks that it shall not be attacked, since it does not have armed forces. Since the Reich has fallen and Prince Oskar is dead, New Germany shall no longer rule over its alliance. Tsar Oskar asks that all foreign difficulties be forgotten with the new government. If a Communist/Socialist overthrow the Monarchy, there wouldn't be a Tsar/Emperor, as Communist are against it.
