We stand for justice, respect, and fraternity. CONSTITUTION We hold these truths to be self evident that all peoples of The Earth are created equal by their creator, and have all rights needed to protect their life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. These rights shall not be infringed unless it infringes others rights. ARTICLES OF LAW 1. Congressional Deceleration Of War In order for any nation belonging to the National Defense Committee to declare war on any other nation they must get permission from a Security Council member or the leader. IF NOT FOLLOWED you will be declared a rouge and be kicked out of the alliance. 2. Rules of WarOnce given permission to declare war from a Security Council member, you must use all thepossible attacks you can against a combatant. The alliance will provide any aid and or suppliesthat it possibly can for you to gain victory. Full transcripts of a battle must be provided to at least one Security Council member.3. Changes of the NDC (National Defense Committee) Any future changes to the articles of the NDC laws must be voted on and agreed by 2/3 of the membersand 1/2 of the NDC Security Council. Members may submit change request in the forums where the willbe voted on. 4. Termination of OfficialsIf a Security Council member violates any laws he or she will be put on a trial in which members of NDCwill be faced with the decision of whether of not to terminate an official. 5. Clause On RaidsUnjustifiable raids are not permitted unless authorized strictly BY THE LEADER of NDC. Failure to comply with this clause will result in immediate termination without trial by jury. 6. Rules on Embargoes Any nation may justifiably embargo a nation. 7. Amendment 13 Clause All the peoples of The Earth should, and WILL have the rights to protect his or her basic human needs including, but not limited to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. 8. Right to uphold these LawsIt is the duty of ALL members of NDC to uphold these laws in the international community.
