The rules are international rules in order to not have a biased trial.

This trial is based upon the events before, during, and after The Foxburo incident & the brutal war between The 2nd Armenian Empire (aggressor) vs. The Democratic State Of Aklash. The trial will consist of two parts. The Evidence Screening, and The Grand Jury Prosecution. During the Evidence Screening both parties and their supporters may bring before the Grand Jury (To be Decided) evidence concerning the trial. During The Grand Jury Prosecution three out of four jurors must come to an agreement on which party is at fault. They will have 24 hours to decide. If they are unable to decide during these 24 hours, the process will be repeated until they can find enough evidence to prosecute a party. -Both parties are entitled to ONE lawyer. - Both parties may submit evidence on this thread ONLY - Both parties may choose what they would like to charge the other for, and may also choose what they should be reimbursed for these said damages. -Both parties may call witnesses to testify to The Grand Jury - Witness testimony(s) are allowed as evidence in-front of to The Grand Jury THIS TRIAL WILL BEGIN 4/20/15

While are intentions were to promote peace in the world, a small intelligence failure resulted in the deaths of many Foxburoians. Sorry for the misspelling as many of you know English is not my first language. In regards to this- The said protest that Foxburo is talking about in our country was put to rest forcefully in order to save more lives, and to reinstate order. These protest are now over,thankfully. According to reports from Aklash Foreign Affairs Department, the protests were caused by an anti-communism event. We promote demcoracy in order to let everyone have a fair share in how their lives our run. Foxburo promotes communism which we, and the citizens of Foxburo will not tolerate. The government of Aklash will aid the protesters to help them establish a democratic government in order to protect, and defend the rights of humans around the world. The actions of the government of Foxburo is an abomination. It is a clear violation of human rights. Their people have the right to debate their form of government, and they have the right to change their government if they feel necessary. We are protection the rights of the rebels which are being infringed by their government. This is a clear violation of Article IV of our alliance charter. It is our duty to establish stability, peace, and fairness through out the world, and what your government is doing is condemning citizens for utilizing their freedom of speech.
