This time, our ally, House Stark was robbed of 8 billion dollars by the bank known as The Foundation. The people behind this scheme? It's non other than Krampus and his alliance, Carthago. It's time that Orbis truly understands that no bank can be trusted, for The Foundation to collapse under their own capitalist greed, and most importantly, for House Stark to get their payday. Guardian declares war on Carthago to get a payday Additional: As requested, after some deliberation with a third party. In order to keep the war as "fair" as possible. We've elected to only have 24 of our nations declare offensive wars. The others in our alliance will not declare offensive wars unless CTO hits the other nations not initially involved in the conflict, at which point they are also free to join.
