Article II: The Parties within this document agree to share intelligence relevant to one another’s common defense. Article III: The Parties within this document agree to maintain a policy of non-aggression with one another at all times. Article IV: The Parties agree to consider military intervention for one another’s mutual defense but neither Party recognizes an obligation to defend one another. Article V: The Parties agree to facilitate free and unrestricted trade between the nations of both alliances so long as all transactions occur under quid pro quo conditions. This includes all commercial transactions consisting of the flow of goods, cash, credits, loans and other services. Article VI: The Parties agree to hold their members accountable for any transparent commercial agreements that occur quid pro quo within the context of the sixth Article of this document. Article VII: Either party may decide to cancel this treaty at any time, by giving 72 hours prior notice in a private and respectful manner.
