I would like these islands for October, and also perhaps a rather strange request - would it be possible to further subdivide Iceland to better reflect the status of what's there? Thanks in advance. As stated in the rules, a Colony must touch water, and another rule, your RP Nation, what it's based on or how far you say your nation is in tech does not give in any way an advantage over the other nations, so to have colony, it must touch water, just like the rest of us.
