I will fully admit, I have a hard time keeping track of all the treaties in this game already and all the bank shenanigans happening feels about ten times as confusing. Who is this bank? Who are you? Where did I put my glasses??

The important thing here is of course the upcoming Bird Weed space program, aiming to teach the intelligent life out there about birds and weed. Progress will be made as soon as we're done enjoying all the birds and weed on Earth, which is projected to be done at around ... 2162 or so.

Considering how long the war has been going on, making changes is absolutely justified. At some point you just cannot keep waiting as a dev, even when you are doing your best to be courteous.

Spies are very powerful, but also very imbalanced. The dice rolls involved go all other the place, which I always felt was a bit extreme. Needing 2 weeks to build up spies only to have them wiped out in 1-2 attacks is rough, to say the least.

Better information is definitely a factor. Some things are explained well on the site and some are really not, and the wiki is spotty also. More things to do would be a big one as well. I enjoy my time here, but there is so little of substance to do to really flesh out the nations and have more ways to interact with other players.

Only if it's entirely fought with literal ships from here on out.

Sure, I will block him. I just personally will disagree with it not being punishment-worthy to randomly write "Allah Akbar BOOM" and calling people "Führer". Those kinda things would be unacceptable on a nation page, I don't see why they should be okay in messages.

Updating to say that the player has since sent me more insulting messages, insinuating I made him want to delete his account and other claims, but I think the most egregious aspect is still the initial outburst.

Especially the "Allah Akhbar BOOM", "tiniest Führer" and "why am I being treated as a lesser human being" stuff is way out of line. If SWA disagrees with my decision, that can be done without implying I'm a muslim terrorist, a nazi or a man hater.

The site is definitely more accessible for me than before, but I'm also still noticing strong slowdowns.

Since I'm the leader of Bird Weed, I hope it's alright that I respond. Alex has stated in a previous report on marihuana references that pro-marihuana themes in nations (and thus I assume also alliances) are allowed: PnW's nation policy questionnaire includes a question on cannabis legalization, also. Bird Weed's marihuana theme falls strictly under roleplay, there are no instructions on the real life use of marihuana in Montana or anywhere else in the world. The alliance simply employs the concept of "birds and weed" for fun in the context of the world of Orbis. To make sure I'd be acting within the rules, I didn't create Bird Weed until after seeing an official statement from Alex on pro-marihuana themes, so I believe Bird Weed is a perfectly acceptable addition to the game.

I'd personally be in favor of just removing the karma/vote system entirely, I don't think it adds anything helpful.

The site is still very slow on average I'm afraid.
