  1. CF could have beat us back if they had put just a smidgen of effort into actually fighting us but I guess having people complain on their behalf is a lot easier. The 'war' was going on for a full 24 hours before anyone from KT or TTO joined in, and in that time CF declared a whopping 4 wars. We were outnumbered that whole time, and CF neglected to press their advantage.
  2. Does Mensa not like unprovoked attacks? Hmmm, news to me. http://politicsandwar.wikia.com/wiki/Dio's_War_on_Christmas
  3. Hmmm, it's almost as if fortify is a feature of the game as well. Difficult to feel bad for all the fools (e.g. you) that complain about our raids when literally all you have to do to prevent them is fortify yourself. I guess it's easier to whine though. Overall, a necessary update to fortify that has been coming for a while.
  4. I was examining my vast piles of treasure today, and I thought, "Is it really worth it? All the terrible pain and suffering I cause, just for a few pixels?" And then, I read this post, and I realized that if Alex made raiding completely unprofitable, I would still do it just to experience your salty retardation
  5. I recently beiged a nation and received much less loot than I should have. I had spied the nation before, and knew approximately how much money was on him. I received less loot than I thought I was going to, and directly after the beige I spied the nation. It still had 283 million, and this can be verified by Alex checking my espionage history or the guy's nation directly. I received about 38 million in the beige, meaning that before it the nation had about 321 million. 38 million is about 11% of 321 million, and I should have received 20%. This could be due to the fact that I had the pirate war policy and the nation I raided had the moneybag's war policy, but is definitely a glitch. Even if moneybags is calculated after the pirate bonus is added, I should have received around 16.8%. All of this information is essentially publicly accessible or can be verified by me.
  6. Well, my point is that if they have the ability to break into someone's house and extract the poop out of their ass, with NO chance of being caught in the act, these are some sort of supernatural entities, with great power and abilities. In addition, we have no idea what exactly they are gaining out of this whole arrangement. I cannot willingly submit myself to a supernatural being for the purposes of convenience when that being has some sort of quasi-magical powers, and is exercising them in pursuit of an objective with which I am completely unfamiliar. Gaining access to my ass, and the poop that resides therein, could be the first step in a process to completely subjugate me to the poop goblins' will, and as such I cannot support the willful relinquishment of that access.
  7. How can we trust these poop goblins? How can we trust them to use their almost unlimited poop-schlooping power for good? I have to say that I would be uncomfortable in giving up my butthole sovereignty to a supernatural being whose motivations it is impossible to completely understand.
  8. Thank goodness the supplies arrived in time! AE was about to turn the tide
  9. The MAPs didn't come through from the day change, if I'm not mistaken, so it actually was three hours after the war started that any MAPs were given.
  10. Fortify should be removed, but not just simply removed from the current war system, as part of a bigger revamp of the entire thing, which was designed with fortify being there in mind
  11. Damn dude you're hella cool
  12. Is no one else worried about the effects that a 50% increase in the money supply will have?
  13. Now there's the legitimate government, the illegitimate government, and the legitemeate government? Sheesh it's getting hard to keep up
  14. Earlier tonight, Ripper beiged a nation from the Socialist International, and received the following loot from their bank: Additionally, you have looted 0.84% of your opponent's alliance bank, taking: $34,495,581, 140 Coal, 982 Oil, 73 Uranium, 450 Iron, 34 Bauxite, 219 Lead, 1,869 Gasoline, 5,797 Munitions, 867 Steel, 2,818 Aluminum, and 4,858 Food. (this can be verified here: https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=59307&display=bank) 35 million dollars was only .84% of the cash in their bank, meaning that they had approximately $4.1 billion in their bank. Hmm I thought, those communists certainly are rich, but I didn't think any more of it. An hour or so later, I receive a message from another member of Arrgh, telling me he had hit the jackpot! He had beiged a nation from the Global Communist Bloc, and got the following bank loot: Additionally, you have looted 0.09% of your opponent's alliance bank, taking: $103,309,946, 1,518 Coal, 776 Oil, 1,038 Uranium, 1,049 Iron, 246 Bauxite, 803 Lead, 4,465 Gasoline, 3,850 Munitions, 6,340 Steel, 2,226 Aluminum, and 37,689 Food. (https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=58691&display=bank) .09% of the GCB bank was 103 million dollars, which means their entire bank contains approximately 114 BILLION DOLLARS. This is not a simple case of rich communists. Whether this is a classic case of communist chicanery or a simple glitch, I do not know, but it should certainly be investigated posthaste.
  15. Nation loot from someone in HBE: $2,719,149, 47 Coal, 21 Oil, 15 Uranium, 0 Iron, 7 Bauxite, 56 Lead, 1,299 Gasoline, 3,363 Munitions, 2,748 Steel, 827 Aluminum, and 1,878 Food. Bank loot from HBE: $1,230,903.00, 213 Food, 36 Coal, 29 Oil, 14 Uranium, 7 Lead, 28 Iron, 14 Bauxite, 20 Gasoline, 22 Munitions, 36 Steel, 32 Aluminum I can promise you, we aren't raiding you for the bank loot.
  16. I would recommend looking into another brand of toilet paper if the one you're familiar with is continually stealing your money while you try to come up with ways to stop it >implying that the reason someone would raid HBE is for its meager bank loot
  17. You're gonna buy the credits with real money?
  18. Not even merging in game, I give it a 4/10
  19. Goddamn I was scared for a second, I keep forgetting it's April Fool's
  20. 100% true. I don't know how Alex can claim to want a RPS type system but then keep air so much more powerful than ground and naval. A necessary element of Rock Paper Scissors is the exactly equal strength of Rock Paper and Scissors.
  21. Your best one yet Ripper! Keep it up, I'm loving these
