That's the thing about generalities, it doesn't apply to all.

I don't want to deviate to far from the original topic. I feel delving into the discussion of small versus large alliances is futile. Each one has its pros and cons. My only purpose of posting was to convey the obvious. If their is a category for Best Recruiting Staff, the evident choice is UPN.

Every alliance is different. Some alliances prefer closed doors and only recruit established players, that's completely fine. Other alliances have open doors and understand that new players can be shaped into intelligent players. I would rather have ten new players that aspire to become great players than one solid player.

At least some are willing to give credit where it is due. Their is no other alliance recruiting more members than UPN.
