Just wanting to step in really quick to say this. Please stop using the "quit the game" argument. I'm sure everyone can decide when they want to quit the game or not. I certainly decided on that (only to find that as a mistake), guess I shouldn't have 'quit the game' now should I?

I don't really want to invest resources to fully test this out but. Nuclear applies first to 2000 and then oil applies to 2500. It may be decided based on the order you build power. Or it may be decided on which one applies to the most infra. It wasn't consuming oil for me at 1100 infra though.

Whatever I'll play along

I think this was brought up before. The main argument is that the top alliances already have huge new member incentives. While also having the most score no matter what their reasoning. This would simply hurt any chance for new alliances to track any members whatsoever.

The lack of flag disturbs me

I'm going to leave the rest to the forums but. Before starting any alliance, you should always, and I mean always talk for protection with alliance leaders personally before even forming the alliance. Asking for protection after you made your DoE makes alliances see your attempt as non-planned out. Which would sway them from taking your request for protection seriously. Which then makes it harder, but still doable if you still talk to leaders privately. I'm not here to judge, but just to say that. Best of luck in your adventures. Edit: Again?
