  1. Green, white and a touch of black (kickass dragons duh! )
  2. Hey man, that's fine and all, but the next time you go full potato over a game report, try taking it all a bit less seriously. Crying foul as loud and proud as you have been all over the place likely insinuates one of two things: you're guilty as charged, and are attempting some form of damage control by acting like a pre teen girl on the internet (maybe thinking the louder you cry the more sympathy will be directed your way?) or that you're innocent of botting (though I highly doubt this is the case) but still refuse to take anything in easy strides. Truly the only end result here is that you'll continue getting away with said activities. I've accepted that reality, you're a paying customer after all, but at the end of the day no one seems to care nearly as much as you do. That being said, don't expect further replies from here on out.
  3. Wait...what then would be the point of warships? I mean aside from being the "over-priced" alternative to planes?
  4. Gosh, it's tough picking favorites when they all kick so much ass (provided you know how to strategize with each). I personally prefer playing as the Egyptians, Spanish, Zulu, Koreans or Babylonians more often then any other though. Egypt obviously for wonder whoring, (and building tight early-game borders) the Spanish for early-game exploration and natural wonder discovery/tile exploitation, the Zulu for just flat out having the most badass Pikeman variation in the game, (and thus domination) and Korea and Babylon for their scientific prowess (I pretty much always run for a tech victory when playing as either of these civs). Edit: I'm speaking strictly Civ 5 here.
  5. Yeah...about that..How do I put this lightly? Um, Ashland went inactive and was deleted. Sorry for your loss man.
  6. Let us know how it turns out yeah?

Why does any hacker hack? They're losers that decided they wasn't gonna put their skills to good use. You know, like hacking other countries on behalf of their own nation's intelligence community. Nah, instead they !@#$ with your 'average Joe' website and screw things up for everybody that enjoys the service.
  8. I'll need some references prior to agreeing to any loan, and also yes, being ex-Terradoxia does carry a stigma on Orbis. That being said, I'd be happy to provide you a loan with a reasonable interest rate (albeit at a nominal increase from regular) once I'm convinced it can (and will) be repaid.
  9. Are you a former Terradoxia member?
  10. Well, you guys are just a bunch of petty opportunistic raiders so....good luck with that?
  11. You don't have to know the guy to be sad by this news. It's insane to think that even after all our technological advances there's still men, women and children passing away from pneumonia. Alas, it clearly still occurs. Rest in peace man, I hope all's treating you well wherever you are.
  12. Would this happen to be a rehash of the much-derelict alliance "Global Republic of Nations?"
  13. You know at first I was extremely dissatisfied with this update too. Truly though, now that I've saw it in action I realize it's really nowhere near as bad as a lot of folks try to paint it out to be. Does it do anything to encourage war? Ehh, in the low-mid tier alliances it's very possible. To the "big dogs" of Orbis? - Almost zill of a chance. It's a pretty interesting dynamic that seems to be especially useful during world wars (as we've already witnessed this war). The real question of whether this system will "make or break" the game will fall to many months of a scientific study of sorts. I truly do believe we'll all have to wait an extended period of time to base our beliefs on this matter on something grounded in tangible evidence. Yes it makes things unbalanced a bit, and that's actually a pretty kickass feature in my opinion. Now the arguments on either side of the debate have already been stated, so I'll refrain from adding anything further until I see for myself whether or not this change allows for anything dramatic to play out. Only time will tell!
  14. I have not a single clue who this "Durden" guy you mention is, but welcome to Orbis regardless!
  15. Shoutout to Ogaden, Perry Rhodan, Niemand and Sexy. You guys have proven worthy adversaries!
  16. While I understand where you're coming from, this is a silly idea. As the previous couple posters stated, it really boils down to alliance leadership to pick trustworthy and competent officers. I hate this happened to Arrgh, and I'd say the same if it happened to any alliance, but it's one of those situations that are unavoidable giving the circumstances. Too many people with bank access will always increase the chance you'll recruit at least one unsavory character. If anything, these occurrences prove the necessity to allow power (and thus bank access) to rest in a small, tight-knit group of benevolent autocrats, oligarchs and/or monarchs. Yes, I believe a far better fix would be to eliminate over-inflated government structures.
  17. Tough break guys, I wish you well in your endeavor for vengeance! This war isn't even fun anymore.
  18. You're really desperate for undeserved attention, aren't you? It's Saturday, go do something productive.
  19. That's hilarious, and so are the days of our....erm, that's life. What's more- that a few Mensa members rather conveniently forget they're not too well liked here on Orbis either. The game became a Celebrity Apprentice-style popularity contest when exactly? Time changes everything consistently, and the political scene changes just as frequently. As for getting rolled, shit man it's far more surprising anyone still uses that as a claim to fame. We've moved on and are focusing far more on the present and future. You should consider it too. We worked hard for that "ego" you speak of too Syrup, putting the time, effort and ambition into turning VE into a pivotal player on the world stage within a mere two months after transitioning here. As for inactives, they're routinely kicked from the alliance. The jealousy of your closing sentence is telling as well!
  20. Yeah, not yet buddy. The only war resource really "exploding" in price is steel, and that's just obvious. Steel is the single most important war resource of them all. I think it'll take a while (who knows, maybe 1-5 days) for the others to really get up there where they're most profitable. You're right though, war profiteering is epic! Just be sure you maintain a warchest
  21. It was a pretty shitty suggestion, and certainly something you'd expect a complete noob to conjure up. If anything, it's potentially game-breaking mechanics like this that'll drive more people away from the game. So, if that was your intention, kudos I guess. You know it's sad when Kadin makes more sense then a suggestion. Scary stuff.
  22. Wouldn't that be copyright infringement of sorts? I don't think sheepy could afford the attorney fees nor the time for such a dev change.
  23. What will Mensa do without UPN to hide behind the next time they go off and start shit? There is plenty.
  24. Just Roz thinking his banter matters to someone other than himself. Nothing to see here, move along.
