How are numbers going to be picked? Is it live? recorded? If its offline picking then it is subject to rigging.

Limit the number of denouncements and commendations a nation can give in a certain period of time. I'm tired of all the mass denouncements/commendations from people just trying to farm them. It's annoying, and if you do it, I think less of you as a nation/person.

It should be stored to be used for important alliance functions, like funding all of the rebuilding cost after a member has been at war

Friends, Comrades, and state issued E-Girls, It is with heavy hearts that we announce the final goodbye of the Advanced Syndicalist Mechanics. We had a great time during our three year run. What started out as 6 people making a micro alliance in the wake of CoS, ended up with one of the best online communities I have ever been apart of. ASM never recovered from Red's death. He was the glue that held us all together. When Red, Pasky, Durmijj, Dang, Bails, and I created this we didn't know it would become such a welcoming community. Thanks for being apart of it. My favorite memory will be when 4 out of 5 ASM gov members were camping and after plenty of beers Red said, "Oh by the way we got declared on about 4 hours ago. It was a pretty good blitz too". I wanted to single out @Zei-Sakura Alsainn and @dang for keeping ASM going in the wake of Red's death. It was not easy and I can never thank you enough for your efforts. Huge shoutout to Rose for always being by our side since the day we started this adventure. Thank you for everything. Thanks to TKR for being the best of Frenemies. Dear esteemed leaders of Orbis, Yesterday, the 29th of September, marked my nation's third birthday. The past two birthdays, if I recall, I've simply posted a bulletin and said "happy birthday to me" in the Aurora server. However, I felt this one meant more for me and was worth posting here on the Forums. In part because of how far I have come as a person and as a player, but also in part because my nation's age places me currently as the 1,870th oldest nation of 16,769 nations—kind of sad to think that so many people I looked up to have quit. I would like to offer my gratitude to many individuals here. If I don't specifically thank you, I may have simply forgotten to (you can DM me in-game or on Discord about it), but know that I am thankful for any interaction we've had. Thanks to @Rainbowgeist and @ToxicPepper for bringing me into Aurora 2.5 years ago when the micro I was 2iC of collapsed (because of course it did). Thanks to @Yzard, @CholanK, and George Zelensky for being willing to teach me a bit about each of your departments when I joined Aurora. The alliance disbanded in December 2016. I've lost count at the number of reiterations that have been tried. I think 4 or 5? Kinda ridiculous. Instead of latching onto the past to propell your medicore self forward, you should carve a new legacy on your own, with your own community, on your own two feet, WITH YOUR OWN THEME Besides, KT is the successor to Terminus Est anyways. History lesson: Me and others splintered off from the 2016 alliance to make KT in early 2017. Not just that, but we've been able to do the Terminus Est thing better than Terminus Est did. You can't compete. Stop trying.

When the going gets tough, the real TEst goes away. So obviously current test is fake test as they didn't disband after losing a war.
