Seems people have been so caught up in harrassing the OP that the UPN raiders themselves weren't really addressed. Three missile-less UPN nations raided a missile capable one and got their gains promptly erased (and than some) for their efforts (though one escaped it seems). I'm sorry, but to me its always a matter of risk verses reward in such things and to me personally the risk outweighed the reward there. Yea trash on someone looking for an explanation. I would recommend Mensa take them on as they just received 20M from them, so you can use that 20M against them, that and BoC, one of their two allies is forbidden from fighting against you.
