The ISAF shall be enforcing anti-raid policies on large Alliances, such as the Socialist International or TCU. Ronald Reagens actions should not be judge upon the alliance. I, Francisco Franco will order all members in ISAF to end all hostile actions towards anyone. The ISAF leadership apologizes for the damage the previous government has created. I'm a peaceful person. Now, Reagen on the other hand, did what he did for fun. I don't believe in raids or such, I believe Diplomatic things can taken place.
