Rozalia
The coverage the guardian gives Rubio has really increased (more so now I'm sure with Tuesday's results). Now why would the Guardian want "sane" Rubio to win? Clinton also eats up large amounts of coverage over there over Sanders who they always twist stories to come off in a negative manner or misinterpret things purposely. No shock from liberals who scorn socialists (Corbyn) who "can't win" but endorse establishment puppets even if they have the charisma of a wet paper towel (e.g Miliband, Cooper, Andy Burnham) and the mannerisms of a faulty robot. The Republican party is also in "crisis" as it's front runner is you know, front running, but the Democrat party is out of crisis now (now that the dastardly Sanders is finally seemingly defeated?). Not all that sure why I read a paper I've despised for years but I suppose if you read it in the right mindset even a pack of lies can tell you the truth. Helps that 90% of Guardian commentators have turned on the paper and scorn every article they put out. That doesn't really play out when you look at past election cycles though. Sure, Trump is a wild card, but the Republican primaries always go waaaay far to the right early on, and swing back to the center by the convention. I don't see Trump getting enough delegates to win outright, which most likely means a brokered convention. If that happens, I'm fairly certain the party will do whatever it takes to make sure he doesn't get the nomination since he has no chance of winning the general. He's only winning now because of far-right grassroots support that a lot of similar candidates enjoy early on, but that support always fails to materialize come November. I also don't see Hillary or Bernie having any trouble at all winning the election. There are way more paths for them to get to 270 than for the Republicans. As it is, Dems only need to win 1-2 of the swing states to win, and Bernie and Hillary are polling ahead of all republicans (even Trump) in all the states they need to hold, as well as more than enough of the swing states. The Republicans know they've got no chance if they screw Trump like that. Trump will just run as an independent in revenge and flip the bird (not that he needs to do so to screw them out of it). And for what ultimately? Not like Cruz or Rubio are better candidates anyway, heck they hate Cruz even more than Trump. Clinton will be lucky if she ain't in prison by the election. If Trump wins I hope he puts her in one. Sanders is finished and his biggest effect even if he endorses Clinton is having galvanised people to go against the establishment meaning vote time they'll do so for Trump, the other anti-establishment candidate. I have no idea why people think independents are all left wing democrats or something. In my own experience independents (one myself) tend to have a variety of issues they value and will go regardless of what the party is. If immigration is a strong enough issue to them they will vote Trump even if in other matters he ain't their cup of tea.

Rozalia
Hillary Clinton Alabama Arkansas Georgia Massachusetts Tennessee Texas Virginia Bernie Sanders Colorado Minnesota Oklahoma Vermont Donald Trump Alabama Arkansas Georgia Massachusetts Tennessee Vermont Virginia Ted Cruz Oklahoma Texas Marco Rubio Minnesota The final results. Not sure why exactly some are saying this has been an excellent night for Rubio... yeah he won a state but uh... I mean look at it. I mean Bernie is apparently dead in the water and he won 4 but Rubio is still alive with 1? Something else to note is Clinton's success seems to be in Republican states so it can be argued I suppose Sander's state wins matter more even if that ain't reflected in the scoring. On the guardian it seems they're saying as I said that Bernie is finished. The best bit was at the end: Trump is a special kind of unifier. The kind who feels most whole when he wins and other people lose. Clinton may have finally put the Sanders threat behind her. Now she needs to prove that her version of love can beat Trump’s version of hate.-Guardian Clinton's "love", I love it Maggle. A couple of comments to the above, the general trend to it if you will. Clinton is a total phony. She was on the radio yesterday going on about how she 'loved Massachusetts'. F**k off. You couldn't give a shit about Massachusetts. You only love Massachusetts votes, perhaps. And then on Sunday she apparently was given a platform in some Tennessee church to blabber on about how important 'faith and love' were. OMG she makes me vomit. What a total phony. The only thing she believes in is power. AT least Bernie believes in something. Give me a future to believe in. yeah this blows. You know nothing, Mr. Wolfe. This is hilarious. I have yet to read a single comment agreeing with Mr. Wolfe's assessment. One wonders, how many news outlets and pundits did Hillary's campaign buy? I believe Sanders when he says he will stay in this until the Convention. Voters like myself in New York, don't get to express their preference for a Democratic candidate until mid-April. I want to be able to vote for Bernie in my primary. Even if we don't win the nomination we can let them know how many of us reject the ownership of the US by the banking, war and fossil fuel corporations. THE most important issue is campaign finance reform so we can remove power from our owners without bloodshed.. Bernie is going all the way to the National Convention whether has the needed number of delegates or not. American citizens need to hear what Bernie has to say. Hillary was wrong in Iraq, wrong on Libya, wrong on Syria.. she's a warmonger and a friend to the monster banks on Wall Street and her judgement on international issues has not been good. John Kerry is a very good Secretary of State. Hillary Clinton was too bellicose..and it creates messes....and death - and money for Lockheed Martin and Raytheon. Dirty old Clintons at it again - watch and learn why people despise them - Bill Clinton illegally campaigning inside a polling station. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GgylBANSu7E Blatant corruption! Rozalia
Trump in the lead in Alaska but only very slightly as Cruz is just behind him. Cruz's numbers are simply too high for him to drop out right now so Rubio is sunk, not that he isn't even if Cruz were to drop out as they'd likely mostly go to Trump anyway. Edit: Cruz now ahead. Rozalia
Cruz won Alaska, good showing for him which is bad news for Rubio. John Kasich is apparently staying in until Ohio which... I'm not seeing the wisdom of. If he stays in and loses Ohio then it will be to Trump, 3 times he has been second and all those times Trump was the winner. If he stays and wins Ohio then... he keeps it out of Trump's hands but... if he dropped out that would give Cruz/Rubio a good shot of getting Ohio so... what is his thinking exactly? He has no chance himself no matter what happens. Carson apparently wants to go all the way but we'll see. I have an exclusive for all of you by the way. As people are saying it's going to be Clinton vs Trump I contacted the Donald to see what he thought on it, below was his response. You know, they say all mankind are created equal, but you look at me and you look at Hillary Clinton, and you can see that statement is not true! See, normally if you go one-on-one with another presidential candidate, you got a 50-50 chance of winnin’.But I’m a genetic freak, and I’m not normal, so she's got a 25% at best at beatin’ me! And then you add Bernie Sanders to the mix? Her chances of winnin’ drasticy go down. See the three-way, at the election, she's got a 33 1/3 chance of wiinnin’. But I, I got a 66 2/3 chance of winning, cause Bernie Sanders KNOWS he can’t beat me, and he’s not even gonna try! So, Hillary Clinton, take her 33 1/3 chance, minus my 25 percent chance, and she's got an 8 1/3 chance of winnin’ at the election! But then you take my 75 perchance chance at winnin’, if we was to go one-on-one, and to add 66 2/3 ch… percents, I got a 141 2/3 chance of winnin at the election! See, Roz; the numbers don’t lie, and they spell disaster for her at the election! I have to agree with Donald here.
