Bio Drando lives in snow area and will be bringing snow to cripple the power of sand and freezes them in permafrost. Bio Drando can deliver a punch that is 100 times more powerful than Dio Brando. He also is immune to death and is the only and true emperor. "The winter is coming, brace for the impact sand brethen and Pakistan shall witness their first snowfall."
