First: It's a part of the game that had existed for a long long time. I have never seen anyone complain about it until recently, and Alex has changed it. Why do we need to change it further?
Second: The players deserver the extra cash because of the amount of games they play. They put in more effort, so they deserve more.
Third: How is it discriminating?
Instead of fighting this war, how about you guys all hand over your shit to me and stop fighting and in the end there will be no additional casualties and I gain.

That is a decent point, however, it would be more interesting to actually have politics within the nation affect you, because at this stage, it seems as an alliance is a nation and all the nations are actually just citizens, which, does not seem to be the point of the game.
As you guys all know, Politics and War fulfils the "war" part of it's name, but not the "politics" part. I was thinking that maybe we should include policies that affect the growth of your nation, as it does irl. Also I think we should have approval rating affect the tax income, since nobody likes to pay taxes to a terrible government.
There could be resets for people within a certain range(e.g. 3k+) every month or so, like randomly take down stuff until they go back to a specific score.
This would give everybody equal chance and nobody will dominate the pnw server forever.
