If any alliance/sphere can put an efficient counter-blitz after losing the first round, it should be rewarded, not penalised. It's certainly not "too easy" (to not say close to impossible lol) to counter-blitz efficiently and turn the tide of a war when you lost the first round.

Score from military units deeply needs to be increased (something similar to the old score meta) to counter-balance it at the same time and punish idiots sitting on max military for no reason. But I guess that Alex, Prefontaine and the rest of the community will need a war to realize their mistake, as usual. It's the entire score formula that needs to be reworked, not just city score.

*Two spheres including Rose, Syndicate and TEst (Company at the time) aka 90% of the non-Hollywood whales in the game. So yes, it kinda took the entire game to beat HW in gw19. While it would have likely (certainly) been possible with a lesser amount of whales, the main reasoning behind the dogpile was that beating GG right away was literally impossible with one sphere at that time. 1. You still have more megawhales than us (22 vs 17). 2. You have more than double our numbers at c31+ Your made-up rivalry is one-sided. BW or MHC have a much better chance than Clock does against HW in the upper and whale tiers.

Coalition B isn't IQ. IQ is BK/NPO/GoG (+ GOONS which made OD later). T$ and a shitton of other alliances (way too many) were part of Coalition B but were never part of IQ. In t$'s case, it was only during like 2 weeks at very beginning of gw14. gw14 lasted 8 months because of IQ/OD and only IQ/OD is to blame for that, it's in no way because of Coalition B. At the very best, you can also blame alliances who fought for OD until the very end (Polaris, UPN, Camelot etc) which had some of their leaders (presumably people like Malal, TheNG ...) who were aware of OD plans. So tbh i'm not sure what narrative you're trying to spin here. Honestly, many alliances would have considered allying NPO pre-gw14 when NPO and BK ""splitted"", you can't blame t$ for doing it and ending up in that awkward situation during gw14.
