I voted for standard, being a former gov. member of BCOM myself. I remember that is was a a lot fun to help shape that alliance, and watch it grow It always better to create your own strength then to have something borrowed.

BoC Announcement Today, November 5th, 2014, at 3:45 PM. The Empire of Spade declared the official disbanding of their alliance here. In accordance with the Covenant Treaty: The Brotherhood of the Clouds will now places a seventy-two(72) hour protection of the EoS Alliance. Any nation(s) or alliance(s) that place any attacks or raids on the EoS alliance during this 72 hour period will face military action from the BoC. At 5 members we believe you have earned your right to try and become a really alliance. Anything under 5 member can not be called an alliance, it is just a squad of nation.

Brotherhood of the Clouds It the past couple of days there has been some confusion about what our raid policy is, or if we even have one. So today it was decide that we would make our raiding policy public to end the confusions. With out further a due, i present to the world of orbit the BoC Raiding Policy Below is the Brotherhood of the Clouds Raiding Policy. These guide lines have been made in order to protect the alliance, its members, and as well as to allow for some good old fashion raiding. 1) Only the follow nations are allowed to be targeted: Nations in an alliances under five(5) people, Nations not on the white sphere, Nation that are not in a Allied Alliance, and Nations placed on the BoC Black List. So long as your target(s) are within these limit you are cleared to engage an raid. You can review all of BoC current treaties here 2) Should any nation that a Raider is raiding joins an alliance of more then 5 member, and becomes a full member of that alliance(meaning they move from Applicant to Member). All raiding must stop on that nation, and peace offered. The BoC will not accept any nation(s) that is being raided by a BoC member into it membership. However should a raider decide to stop the raid, then that nation may become a full member of the BoC. 3) Should a raider declare war on an nation, and then get defeated by that nation. The BoC is not responsible for sending aid in the form of money or resources. Nor will the BoC send addition nations to aid in the raid. However a raider may request personal aid from an BoC member. It is sole up to that BoC member if they decide to send aid(Money and/or resource) 4) In the event that a raider is attacked by an outside nation, because of their raid of another nation, the raider must immediately report that they have been attacked in their company section. It is then up to their Company Commander to find nation(s) within range to counter the attacker. 5) Should a raider be offered peace by the nation they are raiding, it is up to that raider to accept the term of peace or to turn them down. The raider may demand anything within understanding for peace. All such dealing are between the raider and raided Nation. However the BoC reserves the right to step in and moderate as needed 6) The BoC reserves the right to stop any raid(s) on the following grounds: War is Declared, Peace is Declared, Change in Government, Attacks on allied nation(s) / Allied Alliance(s), MoD order, and Presidential Order.If a raid is botched by an BoC member, whether intentional or not, they will be held accountable. In the event you were found to be doing something wrong and a raid target has asked for reparations, BoC will expect you to pay a reasonable amount of compensation within a five day period. If a member of the Defence staff has made an error in approving attacks on an unsuitable target, the BoC member involved in the raid may be excused from any punishment NOTICE: Failure to follow any of these guide lines may result Removal from the Alliance, court case brought against you, or in extreme cases your name being placed on the BoC Black List /s/ President- Lord Frostsword Minister of Defense- iljohn
