I have a really better alternative to the 20% deletion. Delete all of the offender's military and don't let him do any sort of bank or trade activity for 1 day after he comes out of VM. Next step is to promptly inform Arrgh! of this situation and we will be there to help you people out. Believe me, its more terrifying than having 20% of the bank deleted.

Does it also involve changing your color from grey to alliance color? till now, the cap for changing your color if you get beiged to alliance color is 2 days. However, people who break out of beige(by declaring wars) before that have their colors changed to grey and we still need to wait for two days(or remaining turns) to change it. So, if color change limit is raised to 7 days, it will be a problem.

Keeps the game interesting.
