They aren't "catch up projects", younger players could never-ever catch up to the massive whales who lumber along unstoppable due to their sheer size. They are simply a way for the older players of the game to keep growing at a decent pace. These projects serve only two classes of people, those that have played for 3-5+ years and those that bamboozle people out of their in-game money.

Why are so many people against this and are for the third tier? We will continue to make projects like this forever because people will keep adding cities. You know in 2 years we will be in the same situation and the 4th project for lower city cost will be suggested. "City discounts are a bandaid on a bleeding wound that is, we have no other end game progression besides bigger city number." - yes, this... This gives me another good idea for a suggestion.

He did say negative treasures, pretty close to the same thing.

All for expanding the treasures' mechanics and if this opens the discussion so be it. Of course, I don't know how this particular expansion would effect the game, however, I would like to see more diverse treasures like treasures that effect entire color blocs and can be moved from bloc to bloc. Long over due to having things in game to provoke more wars over resources (which gives me a game suggestion idea).

Again, we share common ground here. I hope everyone desiring to begin an alliance will take the time to learn the game and make a plan with support from others experienced in the game. I think we had a disagreement early on here about my desire to change the alliance culture, this is core belief of mine that alliance leaders must be knowledgable of both in-game mechanics and political sphere of OWF and Discord. This is something that should occur often, people should want to go do their own thing and get their in-game objectives met. I think this environment we have made were poaching is bad has helped create the stagnation I so want to see end (by no means do I mean alliances should not fight to keep their members and gov). Good write up @darkbladeI hope players of Orbis will heed these words and push for their voices to be heard. We must make sure the new generation of players, the ones that don't leave Discord, hear these words.

Make sure to strike only military positions like barracks cleverly disguised as apartment buildings and depots that look like commercial malls.

If only all wars were bought and paid for.

Not a simple request, something that would take some convincing. If they continue their fighting, do not limit yourself with this request. Win and demand more. Also, this is a RoH, not a DoW.

While I desire a large return to OWF, this seems... lacking of substance or perhaps a troll. All for a good laugh tho.

15 years of not existing, fascinating.

We have truly had a productive dialogue here. New paper coming out next week (barring I don't swamped with school).

In order to appease the crowd who wants the nuclear option to remain powerful, this could be considered as an alternative. I would contend that is a bit excessive for something that only affects food production. Perhaps only Green Technologies should be required. Additionally, maybe we could squeeze in a small bonus to population?

Considering how bad the radiation is and how bad it will continue to be as global wars roar on, this should be a top priority to help mitigate how bad the radiation is.
