  1. Forcing alliances to disband is quite a horrible thing to do.
  2. You know somewhere deep down inside that it's a fairy tale. Regardless if ParaCov officially dies or not. Syndi-OO is far too attached to each other to make a move like that. They'll either find someone else to mass declare on or just declare on the world or something. Anyways, this war has officially left politics in their hands now. I think even ParaCov has to admit at this point it can't do anything anymore. Members there must have the worst kind of morale.
  3. Did you do this shortly after you got beige'd? Beige counts as color swapping so you're forced into 1 day of beige.
  4. Game > Reality Other then that, was there anything the OP is suggesting to fix this? Otherwise this could be posted in the Discussion section. I think now is a great time to discuss the war system.
  5. It also works vice-versa for offensive slots. If the person isn't reckless, it's just as unbalanced as defensive slots. I'm starting to think one of the main problems is ground/air superiority. With the snowball potential that you already have with numbers.
  6. Never thought about offensive slots before. Better to ask then to never know they say.
  7. Huh, so they did add in Grand Campaign. I'm going to reinstall and give it a shot along with Tyranids. Thanks for the info, might as well see what's changed since the extremely unbalanced version I tried.
  8. Depends whatever score/recruitment the new war system rolls with. I did find this funny though.
  9. An option to put the treasure on the world market. I like it.
  10. I was hoping you'd tell me that. Unless he stated his income somewhere, we wouldn't know. We also wouldn't know how many more people this will bring in to donate for nation customization. As well as if this is enough to prevent credit selling.
  11. I just feel the credits are slightly overpriced for what they can bring. Which in return you have to give them some more value by adding in in-game incentives for players. That's what I think created these additions. One interesting thing that could be looked at is reducing the credits temporarily, and see how many people pay per month for VIPs/Flags/Ads. $5 seems a bit steep considering it's player-made flags/avatars/etc. Maybe trying $2.50-$3 for 2-3 months would be a good experiment, while temporarily reducing amount of credits expended per month to 4-6.
  12. Defensive slots should be reduced to 2 instead of 3. This has always been the issue that I was happy to see in the test server. Now it's not there anymore. 3 is a crowd that makes the target they hit instantly be crippled without any sort of chance to come back. Especially with the current war system being every day recruitment. Even with per turn recruitment it's still far too strong. If 3 people coordinate a ground attack, or coordinate a dogfight. They can essentially remove 50%+ of the target's military within seconds. With 2, at least it's more workable with the new system, but still quite the stretch with the current. Also given the fact any victory can remove control on all the target's wars they had on others. It's all a matter of promoting big alliances, rather then the small alliances Alex mentions about control points. There's no problem with big alliances, it's just this essentially makes them a preferred playstyle. It also promotes blobbing as the best political playstyle.
  13. It's a simple change that can make blitzkrieg more useful. Although I can see how this can be exploited with a quick war policy swap. Making the first attack even more nasty then before without much flaw.
  14. I haven't played EC for so long, and stopped keeping track of every video they release. Just skimmed through a bit of videos about the Tyranids. I assume we have no Carnifex yet or if they ever planned for one? I know they added a couple of maps since I last played and 1-2 new loadouts. What else have they really added in from someone who played back in 2015?
  15. Surprisingly I really like this. Even though I hate spam emails about every little thing like should I eat watermelons today or not? This would give the player more relaxation, without having to check every 5 seconds for any sort of war update. Having this option would mean the game will literally tell us if something happened. Now I'd like to throw in not only the option for this. But the option to track specific wars instead of in general. Would you like to receive email updates on this war? So I don't get notifications on another war that's less important to me.
  16. Declaring wars to make America great again.
  17. I ran sims 10 times with 200 soldiers no munitions against a 2000 infra city. Apparently the sims aren't taking into account this. Then I ran 2 attacks against an 800 infra city on test server. 200 soldiers no munitions, both came out phyrric victories. You're attacking into around 900 infra with far more value then that with an utter defeat. Should definitely be looked at and clarified. This should also be in tech support and not in suggestions.
  18. For educational purposes.
  19. Really interesting change that adds even some dynamics to food. Now we just gotta let it play out a bit to see what could be tweaked about it, if needed.
