  1. I don't think you understand how statistics works. It's not guaranteeing that 20% of nukes will be stopped and 80% will hit. It says that given an attempted nuclear strike, the project has a 20% chance of blocking it and an 80% chance of not blocking it. The probabilities of any two nukes being blocked are completely independent. Whether or not Nuke 1 hits has literally 0 impact on the probability of whether or not Nuke 2 hits.
  2. You may have just gotten unlucky. It's not a super super low probability. 0/2 hitting is 4%, 1/2 hitting is 32%, 2/2 hitting is 64%.
  3. We are all just ephemeral in the end, Minesome. We must simply enjoy our temporary treaties with life. @Xi Jinping you heard the man. Time for us to disband. Let's not even consult the leadership about it lol.
  4. Interesting. Good luck, and I hope to see you all grow well soon!
  5. Ayoooo one of the worker bees been busy 😳
  6. Inb4 TKR protects every currently non-affiliated alliance in Orbis. On that note, casually creates random new micro and DMs the bruhs. Jokes aside, best of luck to the latest alliances under TKR's wing.
  7. We get it, you're terrified for your beloved people. But it might be in your best interest not to lie to the armed, angry pirates. Good luck. 🙏
  8. You're probably trying to upload a file type that's not support. The game states: "Acceptable image filetypes: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF."
  9. I don't know what's funnier... the meta-argument about the proper use of the "Disband meme," the fact that I cannot tell if Minesome is genuinely butt-hurt about it or not, or the fact that I made my reply in equal jest and it blew up into this lol. Good luck and godspeed @MinesomeMC @Darth Tryptophan @Firwof Kromwell.
  10. Considering their number one priority is making money and their second priority, especially if they can't make money, is doing damage... you should've seen it coming. All I can say is that's the name of the game and this is not a good suggestion.
  11. The sad part is that they should know how to play the game and that this is a reality of the game given they created their nation in November 2020. https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=230906
  12. That's what she said. But seriously, @Mega, I'm curious now... why?? Long live Queen Bee @MinesomeMC!
  13. You've both been in the game for about the same amount of time and you're trying to talk down to him like "all of the tanks, planes , ships that should be added to the war totals tally" made logical sense. Mind you, I managed to decipher what it meant (and clearly you did too), but that does not mean that everyone can. Asking for clarification when there is confusion helps to prevent miscommunication, which is important to do when talking about game suggestions.
  14. While I don't think this qualifies as a QoL given it actually changes game mechanics, I agree with the idea.
  15. Sad to see you go, Caboose, but good luck with everything in life!
  16. Welcome to Orbis! The short answer to your questions is that it is highly recommended that you join an alliance as nations that do not are prone to frequent raids. I would suggest joining an alliance within the Top 50 ranks as they are the most likely to offer tremendous training programs to get your nation running at maximum efficiency and are the most likely to keep the many promises they make in their recruiting messages. As for selecting an alliance, I would say pick one whose theme you seem to like the most. Hope this helps!
  17. Can I have some of your honey, Queen Bee Minesome?
  18. Very interesting DoE. Best of luck with your alliance.
  19. Thalmor, are you wanting to get whales to use missiles more than nukes or something? Lol. But yeah, as others have pointed out, this would just make everyone missile power plants all the time. Because why destroy one improvement when you can destroy a powerplant and disable all commerce and military improvements (effectively doing the same as destroying them unless the receiver rebuilds their infra and buys a powerplant)?
  20. My thoughts: I think the odds to destroy an improvement should be improved (or at least reworked with odds increasing as infra levels drop), but I disagree with being able to target specific improvements (outside of missile targeting) and disable them with attacks. I kind of like the idea of being able to target an improvement with espionage and have a chance to temporarily disable it, though. I don't think it should replace the targeting of units, but give the user more options. I'm all for more espionage options. What exactly would "disabling" an improvement entail, especially for military improvements? I think, based on the answer to the previous question, 1, 2, and 4 turns may be too short of a time. I'm not sure, especially since we have to consider maintaining balance and not making it overpowered.
  21. If the beige changes go through that basically make beige a 100% safe zone like it's "supposed" to be, then I would agree with this. If not, which I think is honestly unlikely, then I don't think this should be implemented.
