First, stop spamming Alex. The team will resolve the issue as soon as they see it and sometimes he is just busy. Second, don't post a document here that gives away your email address, ANY card information (even just the last 4 digits of the card you paid with), or any other personal information. Many people in this community are amazing, good people, but there are also some who might use your personal information against you by doxxing you, finding out even more about you, potentially threatening you, etc. It's not safe to release personal details. If you want to provide that proof to Alex, you should DM it to him on Discord or open a support ticket in the PnW server and send it there.
