Although this may have the same effect, you can still stockpile resources or receive banks deposits as it’s quite difficult to keep a constant blockade between different nations on a single nation. It might be more rewarding to see some new war mechanics that could be applied outside the nuke tittering situations such as targeting reasources with navy or protective war policies that could be incorporated with the general update to provide a more conventional method and incentive to actually building up military beyond the first and second round.

  6. What about just making Nuclear Weapons more expensive so they're harder to build when you're reduced to near nothing?

I actually think this is a solid problem, and I believe that @Alex should do this to address it: Old: Tactician :Double chance to destroy improvements, defensive spy ops are 15% less successful Guardian: Half chance to have improvements destroyed, lose 20% more loot NEW: Tactician: 50% chance to destroy improvements on every attack. Take 10% more Infra Damage. Guardian: -25% Chance to destroy improvements on every attack. Raises expenses 1%. Reasoning: Guardian/Tactician aren't really opposites of each other and it isn't clear how many "double" is. A simple fix is to give a standard 50% on EVERY attack to destroy improvements. But give a downside. So it creates a good "mini game" If you want to counter nuke turretting, that's fine but you miss out on other things to do it. On top of that you take more damage dismantling the raiders than you would have from just moving on/paying. So it creates a choice and an easy one at that. It still gives Nuke Turrets a viable gameplay, but allows coordinated alliances to take them down. TLDR: ALLOWS ALL attacks to have a chance to destroy improvements, caps it at 50% chance, going Guardian can lower that chance to 25%, however it raises costs which can hurt you nuke turretting.

  12. On August 29th, 2020, I enrolled in college at Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida (USA). One month later, on September 29th, 2020 (1,313 days ago), I saw a Facebook ad for Politics & War while sitting in my dorm room—alone because of COVID-19 regulations—and decided to give the game a chance. Well... today, on May 4th, 2024, I have successfully graduated !@#$ laude with my Bachelor's of Science in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science with a minor in Data Analytics. I wanted to share this momentous day with everyone in the community who I have come to know and consider to be good friends. As I embark on this next chapter of life, I hope to share many ups and downs with you all. I hope to meet and get to know even more members of the community whether they be newer or older members.   13. Make navy be able to target resources and planes cash. So navy as the expensive and somewhat useless it is now, ba able to effectively eliminate war chests making it more of a threat.
  14. I don't mind having more achievements, but one's for playing different amounts in Keno probably shouldn't have any rewards (unless if the max bet one does, then base it decrementing on that).
  15. The only thing I agree with is improvements over the current cap having a higher chance of being destroyed, which I have advocated on behalf of numerous times. Airplanes targeting resources is borderline useless, because as is air striking money is almost universally frowned upon as a terrible tactic.
  16. As a preface, yes I have been repeatedly on the receiving end of this strategy. I admit that I am a new player but I still think that there should be some counter play to a very powerful strategy which currently has none. Nuclear weapons should be deadly and powerful and an effective deterrent, so touching nukes themselves seems unfair. On the other hand, there are limited to no counters to this. 1.Unlike virtually every other unit, nukes and missiles have invincibility timers to espionage and cannot be destroyed by conventional means. That means a player who knows what they are doing will not ever have a nuke/missile destroyed. 2.They can be built daily as long as one has resources and the 4m a day you get from activity centre + daily login. 3. Due to the above two points, you are able to build and fire them even with no conventional forces or economy that in theory would be required to protect them. 4.Aas a result, having a military, economy or indeed a functioning country is no longer necessary. Instead, a small amount of money from a patron/alliance and activity centre+ daily login money are all that is needed for the most powerful, uncounterable military strategy in the game. I have two simple suggestions to make. 1. Allow planes to target resources as well as cash. Reason: if cash can be destroyed than attacking a nation’s resources should be too. This will also make blockades more impactful and buff arguably the weakest category of unit too. It will also make warfare more interesting with there being a new method of fighting opponents by starving them of specific resources. 2. Make buildings that exist over the infra cap more likely to be destroyed or just to buff the damage that conventional military attacks (land and sea, given the current strength of planes) do against improvements. This should also scale somewhat with the amount of infra damage inflicted. Reason: nonsensical that destroying infrastructure allows such a large number buildings to remain, with some cities having 50 buildings at next to zero infrastructure and leads to situations where countries have multi billion dollar gdps despite having populations in the low thousands. Also makes conventional attacks more impactful against people who aren’t running a commerce build. Having very low infra at the moment is not very bad if the buildings are running. A bombed out, occupied wasteland should not be functioning 75% as well as a normal country. I believe these changes will allow for more counterplay against turrets in the game which currently have none. I would like to hear what you all have to say.

I think there should be an award for the player who has the most wins in keno and I also think there should be an achievement for every tier of games played(no need for rewards in fact I rather not have them) E.G. 500-2.5m reward 1000-5m reward 5000-50m reward 10000-100m reward 20000-250m reward
  18. Not a tweet, but embarrassingly stupid. A former police sergeant of all people said “Who can ultimately get a gun is not the problem,the problem is high-powered weapons. It’s weapons that go through walls in some instances, armory that officers wear. It’s the availability of a double-barreled magazine extended clips. I would say my personal favorite would probably be the soviet PPSh-41, highly dangerous at close range being called 'one of the most dangerous guns in the Korean war,' by many U.S officers for it's superior fire rate. General Hal Moore stated 'on full automatic it sprayed a lot of bullets and most of the killing in Korea was done at very close ranges and it was done quickly – a matter of who responded faster. In situations like that it outclassed and outgunned what we had. A close-in patrol fight was over very quickly and usually we lost because of it.' A fair bit lighter than more modern weapons, high fire rate and shoots 9mm rounds meaning lighter ammo and more space to fit more rounds compared to if it was a larger caliber, and an adaptable magazine being equipped to fit Maschinen Pistole 40 and sten magazines. I'd kill to get one, especially if it could be equipped to fire shotgun shells.

  27. I for once would like to see the return of the one and only Les Paul Supreme, the man whose VMing went like clockwork, when his alliance found itself at war. But most of all I miss the lawsuit threats directed to a teenage girl, for trolling his VMing.
