Part 1: Non-Aggression.The signed parties agree to maintain friendly relations with each other.Part 2: Economics.Veritum will provide its economic services to members of The Chola at reduced rates while funds allow, and members of The Chola will take priority in queues. Veritum will establish a reserve of capital exclusively for business with The Chola members. The Chola will cover losses such as loan defaults that result from business with The Chola members. As a result of The Chola's NIO Protectorate Treaty, this clause applies also to The NIO Protectorate.Part 3: Defense.If Veritum is under assault by raiders, The Chola may be called upon defend Veritum. Each party will avoid engaging in operations that might pose a threat to the other's security. Part 4: Agreement Cancellation. In the event that a party wishes to cancel the agreement, they shall contact the other party and the cancellation shall be take effect in 72 hours. Outstanding debts shall still be resolved. tl;dr version Veritum is now a protectorate of The Chola and will provide loans n' things to its protector. Signed for the Chola, King Aerys Targaryen. As a growing alliance, we need a lot of money to give to our members. While I can take care of grants (and everything similar), I requested Hubotz to take care of loans.
