Perhaps we should call this so-called global wide war as "Testosterone-fuelled War" considering the fact that it is, somehow (if I am not mistaken), is caused by some sort of political disagreements; Feel like this theory is overlooking the fact that there are a lot of women in the alliances involved here. Even if he rebuilt quickly the next day thats money that he no longer can use to for the next city, the new project, etc. I've set him back jut by launching those 2 missiles.
