I only replenish military machinery or soldiers that have died, keep a lot of food around, and pay for gas and munitions whenever I need more. I'd prefer to give stuff I acquire that I don't need to people who may need and help people build up or even rebuild. I'd rather somebody use it than let me just have it sit there.
