Peace in their Time

Guns rage, flags wave, and hundreds of poodles gather on the mountain top in preparation for the annual pile. It is at this auspicious moment we have decided to peace. Perhaps the fog was too heavy, the flagpoles needed extending, or the poodles were too floofy. We’ll never know.

Article 1: Term of NAP: 
A Non-Aggression Pact (NAP) will come into immediate effect upon the signing of this agreement and will remain in place for a period of 69 days, until the specified end date of 00:00 UTC on February 22, 2025.

Article 2: Scope of NAP: 
Both parties agree not to initiate any aggressive actions against other signatories during the term of the NAP. All signatories + protectorates (regardless of involvement) are protected for the full term.

Article 3: Neutral Conduct: 
All parties agree to refrain from any action that would lead to hostilities, including the use of proxy forces (e.g., hiring mercenaries) or other indirect forms of aggression.

Article 4: Exclusion Clause:
This Non-Aggression Pact explicitly excludes the alliance known as "Samurai." Any relations between "Samurai" and the parties to this agreement will revert to normalized diplomatic terms

I don't want there to be any hard feelings between us, Mayhem. I didn't expect to be fighting you this month but these things happen. I know you'll doubt that so let me say this. Do I really look like a guy with a plan? You know what I am, Mayhem? I'm a dog chasing cars... I wouldn't know what to do with one if I caught it. I just do things.

The Golden Horde had plans, Rose have plans, Pentaforce's got plans. Y'know, they're schemers. Schemers trying to control their little worlds. I'm not a schemer. I try to show the schemers how pathetic their attempts to control things really are. So when I say that you and your girlfriend was nothing personal, you know I'm telling the truth...

It's the schemers that put you where you are. You were a schemer. You had plans. And uh, look where that got you. I just did what I do best- I took your little plan, and I turned it on itself. Just look what I did to this cycle with a few drums of gas and a couple of bullets. 

You know what I noticed? Nobody panics when things go according to plan, even if the plan is horrifying. If tomorrow I tell the press an alliance will be proxied or a sphere will be dogpiled then nobody panics because it's all part of the plan. But when I say one alliance will fight on its own terms, everybody loses their minds!

Introduce a little anarchy, upset the established order and everything becomes chaos. I'm an agent of chaos. Oh, and you know the thing about chaos? It's fair. Fairer than you would've been to us. Fairer than you were to them.
