Dolphman Posted December 9, 2014 Share Posted December 9, 2014 UPS RAIDING POLICY The Union of Peaceful states has created this simple raiding policy to help clarify to all what we think of raiding and how we handle it.We have a really simple answer for our members who wish to raid, No. As the name implies, the alliance is completely peaceful. Members can not raid at all. All Nations, even those hours away from deletion with no alliance are off-limits.If you attack us, we will not respond to your attacks with military action. Instead, You will get one chance to pay back the damage in reparations. If the aggressor refuses and/or continues to attack, The Supreme Gentlemen will deal with them. How this goes about is up to the TSG. The TSG has continued to treat an attack on us as a attack on them. We neither can nor want to control what they wish to do with the aggressor. We are never the aggressors in any conflict, so suspect them to be tough on any nation that disrupts our peace.We have had some nations claim the above is not fair, as we appear as a small weak alliance with no military power, yet we have one of the top ten alliances protecting us. I say it is the responsibility of the raider to do their research before invading. It does not break neutrality if you have to stand up for yourselves and keep the enemy at bay. It only breaks it when you favor one side over the other. I do have plans for this, and I have some candidates that I can turn to if TSG disbands. Instead you would rely on TSG retaliation? I just don't understand why you wouldn't retaliate to at least defend yourself. Even GPA does that.... Even GPA does that.... I have found much more easier to just ask for immediately reparations, or the TSG will take it from you. It has worked so far. I find it kind of amusing that a neutral who doesn't even understand war that well is accusing all of us of being warmongering menaces.
