Borg Scheduled for tonight at 10 PM EST, come see if a cyborg can plead the fifth, or if a bot can be compelled to testify against its creator (probably not). Court Lineup: Defendant: Borg Judge - Thalmor Bailiff - Zig Lead Prosecutor: Prefontaine Assistant Prosecutor: Jadenstar Lead Defense: Decagon Assistant Defense: Vice Assistant Defense: Luna Thalmor Radio will also be at 9 PM EST as usual. I plan on going for 45 minutes, and then will slowly ease into trial proceedings. The charges: Count 1 Obstruction of Justice Count 2 Fraud Count 3 Criminal Conspiracy Count 4 Blackmail Count 5 Money Laundering Count 6 Game Rules 2 "Multiple Nations on the Same Network" Count 7 Game Rules 10 "Other Automation" Count 8 Game Rules 17 "Exploit Abuse" It was a real doozy of a trial with PHENOMENAL performances by Prefontaine (not acting in any official game dev capacity) and Decagon Be warned: the recordings are 2 hours and 45 minutes long, and the whole trial lasted 4 1/2 hours.
