Summary:

Although it's still early days, BW + Clock are leading in the tiers where they outnumber Oasis and have a slight edge in the more competitive tiers.

Blackwater and Clock do have the offensive edge as well more numbers overall but Mysterious Oasis I mean excuse me, Swamp 2.0, (pardon my manners), still has that low to mid-tier advantage by still a decent margin(while both coalitions are close). Then again, they are completely as !@#$ed as Adriana Chechik gets when it comes to the upper mid-tier and above against Clockwater. So far it seemed more of an even fight though, only time will tell.

P.S. Swampites, try not to enjoy sucking some Clockwater BBC while y'all are at it, it'll help with adding entertainment to the rest of us. Well actually, whatever your gig is...you do you...

Really, this is as close to an even match-up as one is going to get in terms of tiering, imo.

Only in the low tier. I don't know why people insist on posting enormous multicolored bar graphs with 82 little lines. Its very hard to recognize both scale and difference in those contexts. 

I took data from the posted table and calculated both the difference and % difference (difference / total at that tier). Negative favors Blackclock

would like to point out that minc-oasis's lower tier is where most of the bloat is. i'd say about half of that is actually active/capable of putting up a fight

I know. Ideally I would have done that on a per city basis to compare, but I didn't want to bother gathering the raw data. My main point was that a % differential would probably be a far more easily deciphered metric than 82 lines.

Ran it one last time cuz I was curious to see how close the lower tiers were. C6-15 still looks kinda fun tbh but beyond that Swamp has collapsed spectacularly.

I would think the fact that it took 1 day for global pollution to reach 100% in almost every continent, would tell you how quickly swamp rolled over.  At the same time, Black Clock has what? about a 2:1 number advantage above 25 cities, so its not like they had a shot.
