This has greatly expanded our military and trading capacity. Most importantly we last conquered a land that was isolated near Central America beside the Panama Canal, we did not do this for no reason. I am proud to announce the completion of a new canal that allows access from the Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean. We now declare supreme control over the waters within 1000 miles of Gran Pulse, that is the range we feel comfortable with our planes. The consequence of this is no ships unregistered with us will be allowed in these waters under any circumstances, they will be sunk if they do not follow our rules. This new Pulsian Canal will be the only operational canal in the Americas from now. A map will be released later today but if you think you may be affected by this then the chances are that it does indeed affect you. This is a blatant violation of our sovereignty and an act of disrespect to free trade. We will not stand for this, and we will continue using our canal despite your threats. All of our trade ships that use our canal will be escorted by destroyers from now on, and additional nuclear-armed destroyers will be sent to further secure our canal's entrances, along with the destroyers that are already there. Going around Africa is how they will get through to Europe. The Suez is not international territory. It is Harzotchka's. Thundera is saddened that a nation would take up empty threats towards Thundera and the world. Grand Pulse doesn't have the technological capabilities to view Thundera's military units. You can send you ships up north. I also have trading with Hequ importing and exporting. Also people and citizens going to and from Hequ.
