Going off that expect Rubio and Kasich to drop out when humiliated in their home states by Trump and for the establishment to firmly fall behind Cruz who they despise. Cruz has also been trying to play the anti-establishment (well he at least can honestly say they all hate him at least) card so it'll be interesting to see if the establishment backing him actually has the opposite effect and sinks Cruz completely. It'd be quite the laugh if it did.

Though I suppose them staying in the race to try and force contested convention is a thing... does the establishment really so desperate they'll destroy themselves for not only this election but future elections? Not to mention they likely still want to make use of Rubio in future elections and if he gets defeated by Trump in Florida then he'll be finished even more than he is now. Lets remember he is supposed to be the guy who "wins minorities because he is Latino" yet minorities (like virtually every group) have been voting Trump the "racist" as the media puts it over him. If he can't win them with so much ammo being shot at Trump by the media and establishment... what hope would he have against a Democrat exactly?

Trump then Face off Trump vs Bernie so Bernie win by a landslide.

The best case scenario is Trump vs Sanders, win win for America whoever wins. Having left and right wing candidates who have crushed their respective establishments face off would be quite the event. In regards to head to head people say Sanders would win and I don't particularly doubt that too much as of right now as Sanders does negate a lot of Trump's advantages but... Trump has been slowly but surely wiping out Republican after Republican so he's had no time to seriously attack Sanders in ways Clinton wouldn't dare. Clinton is even worse in this as Sanders is extremely weak on the attacking front. Trump meanwhile... they've already basically thrown everything under the sun at him already.

All Trump would have to do is run a campaign about how Sanders' policies will work against the Middle Class as a indirect result of him attempting to fight the 1%.

There's not enough youth votes to counter that.

Problem with Sanders and Trump is either a lack of initiative on foreign affairs, or a complete disregard to it.

I love how Trump gets protesters and Ted Cruz doesn't because the media hasn't told their protester lackeys (mostly unaware of their role) to protest him. So Trump pulled out of his latest rally and like with the pulling out of that one debate he has done so masterfully I think. With this he can frame things as the protesters being enemies of free speech and just another example of the the PC crowd who he, his supporters, and more importantly many of the uncommitted hate so much. The violence that went on and the chants in Spanish will only help too. Clinton is also helped as the protesters chanted for Sanders so she can frame Sander's supporters as being overly violent as Sanders like Trump is calling for a "revolution".

I found it really funny seeing just how some leftists are getting so assblasted over Trump. Progressives, socialists, Tumblrinas, and all the others are 210% triggered at the idea of a moderate nationalist getting in the White House, and it's beautiful.

I would honesty love to see Bernie get the Democratic nomination just to see him lose the general election to Trump. The liberal tears that will be shed will be the saltiest, most tasteful tears ever. The media (Vox, Salon, MSNBC, VICE) will be crying and whining for months on end. It will probably spawn a lot of new memes and a bunch of cringe reactions over social media.

Really, if Trump becomes President (or if it looks like he'll be President), you'll probably see some racist minority groups (Black Panthers, Black Lives Matter) or college pseudo-intellectuals start to reaction violently. It'll be fun to watch riots start and police busting heads open. I mean, all that violence does is just increase the right's support and make the moderates lean right. I myself and a few friends have been pushed to the right not because of what the right stands for, but instead in opposition to the left.

Ted Cruz is alright. I'd much rather have Trump, but I'll be content with Cruz.

Well depends on how sinister all this is at the end of the day. If Sander's supporters are seriously doing this on their own then they're stupid as their thuggery only increases Trump's support. Any wavering in Trump's camp are now solid, and some who weren't in his camp will now be.

What my mind wonders to is this could be a ploy either by the Republican establishment, Clinton, or both working in tandem, with a rent-a-mob and all that. Try a method of attack on Trump they hadn't gone all in on until now, and also portray Sander's supporters as violent thugs. Two birds with one stone and all that.

All of this violence directed towards Trump and Trump supporters lately.

I'm glad the left is so tolerant and peaceful.

Yeah I was thinking of doing a thread on that because it's getting worryingly now that some loony may well try to kill Trump, while all the while the left cheers them on. The ironic thing is if such a thing did happen who it'd then propel to the White House would be Cruz who if you're someone who hates Trump... is far worse.

I've noticed too that Sanders hasn't disavowed his supporters which isn't a big deal for him apparently. Trump however it was a massive deal he hadn't disavowed a KKK guy he had stated he was against all the way back in 2000.

Well, you know how it is with progressives. The end justifies the means and so all actions they commit are justified one way or another. You can't reason with them.

I don't really think there is any greater plot involved with what happened last night, though. I do personally believe it was just a locally organized thing between Supporters of Bernie Sanders.

Sad thing for them is it only increases Trump's support. As I saw Trump say in one of his rallies, if supporters of his had gone to one of Bernie's rallies and done that sort of thing the media would be attacking Trump and talking about "poor" Bernie. As for Clinton he hit quite a strong nail on the head by saying he knows they weren't Clinton supporters because her supporters have no fervor.
